Anyone from lincoln got a black 8 on black wheels? some auto mall sticker on top of windshield? saw it other day at a local motocross track. jw.

 

Any of you need a sub box?? I got a zen enclosure with some subs. lmk if interested

 

taking the road trip from Cali to Omaha, it's like a 24hr drive! u guys have any tips before i head out?

 

check you oil/fluids. and tires. Make sure your front bumper/under panel are secured properly.
We doing that trip in 2 weeks too.

me too i can't get on offutt cuz they are all **** about the front license plate b.s....my 8 is still in hibernation mode so you wont see me rolling around till we get warmer weather.

 

just took my R3 out yesterday and today and have been taking her out a couple times after the roads cleared up.
I saw a silver S1 today making a uturn on Pacific and 72nd.

 

hopefully they get some street sweepers out to get the damn gravel outta here. we should have a spring meet...anyone interested? if not ill just have to keep meetin with the Subaru guys my brother meets with haha.

all around my neighborhood and the streets surrounding, there's a wonderful layer of sand...i drive down the middle of my street to avoid it haha

 

its a car, not a bike. dont worry the sand, you wont crash.

I go to the touchless carwash on 90th and Center, pretty good place.

 

It's got a fair chance. I understand there's a Corvette Club contingent who have the ear of a few senators. There's also the money saving aspect that can help sell it. They only have to pay to make one plate, but they'll still charge you as much as they did when they had to provide two. We'll see.
So is mine. Probably not out for another month or so. Working on a few things to get it ready. But if you guys ever get together and want to include other rotaries let me know. I know of a few others who might join you.
Sweepers will be out in force this coming week around Bellevue. Then we need one good "gully washer" thunderstorm to clean up the rest. I'm most concerned about catching rocks in the windshield and beating up the front end.

 

the neighborhood has been swept and new wheels put on ....i think a rotary meet wouldbe even better than just 8's.

 

Yesterday must have been a nice evening for a drive in Omaha, I saw three other 8's cruising on Dodge.

One of you with some power need to show up that guy in the pretty red RSX with carbon fiber fenders, he spanked me at a light the other day :D

 

I did drive up to omaha from lincoln yest. About 5pm-ish. Was only on dodge briefly....... the roads still have plenty of potholes I was literally "dodging" them....

 

damn weather. I dont like wet roads.
