and seriously, i wasnt kidding about the forum...i stay away from forums ie rx8web.com because the background is so dark that its difficult for me to read....
i like the lighter backgrounds...oh well...

 

I give the power to the people. By default it's dark. I haven't worked on the graphics at all on the stock skin, but it's available...just like here.

With the weather changing and the ground starting to dry out we have decided to start planning our first meet of this season. As of now we are looking to host a multi-forum board larger gathering aimed to bring the community a little closer.

The meet will take place in un-incorperated Naperville. This is exact the same location we had our late Nov. meet last season for those of you that were there. We are not releasing a exact date as of yet but we are aiming towards the first weekend in April depending on weather and other local events/gatherings.

All the Midwest Best meets this year will be co-hosted by one or more of our sponsors(Dunlop, PLX, Corbeau, Auto-Werks, Apexi, Race Tested etc...). This could be as much as a full sponsor setup to as little as product giveaways and so on. This meet/gathering is projected to draw a minimum of 150 cars but we have the capacity for well over 400.

If you have any ideas or things you would like to see at the meet please feel free to comment. We will be running a sign up list with all the local forums and updating it hourly once the meet is locked in. We hope you can make it out this April for the first of many to come events hosted by Midwest Best.

Just needed to vent. I love this car but I've had some unfortunate luck with it in the last 6 months. The October hail storm left $4k worth of the damage and then I woke up on New Years day to find a bullet hole in my roof (obviously from some stray shot up in the sky that night). Last night, after playing some b-ball at OSU, I see that someone must have carelessly backed up (or intentionally hit?) into my right side front bumper causing some significant damage. I managed to take the bumper off today and push out the dent from the inside but there's still some paint damage and my right side clear corner is damaged so I had to put the yellow stockers back on. Do people just not care about others peoples property?! I'm so sick of it!! On that note, do any of you guys have any extra right side clear corners hanging around?
