yeah i have 8 layers of shirts on and 4 layers of pants...plus my gortex gloves and hats and kneck wrap...everyone watch for me at the bears game right by the falcons tunnel...i have my tomlinson jersey on....big #21....go bears...!!!!!!!!

i talked to my dad today.
I may have a vehicle for tomorrow night. He didnt seem to care as long as I wasn't drinking (and i hadn't really planned to).

I just noticed the bears play the packers on Xmas day! What greater gift could we possibly get?! Oh wait, the bears need to beat the packers on Xmas day!

anyway, see you guys(and gals) tomorrow night. I'll let you know if there's any kind of change.

packer fans? well I guess I'll tell this joke then!

So there's a family of packer fans, mother, father, son and daughter, all packer fans. One night the packers are playing the bears and as usual, the packers beat the bears but the bears play a tough game (this is sad but true, fortunately this year will not be a repeat of previous years). So that night, the son is thinking about how great a game the bears play and he decides that he wants to be a bears fan.

The next day, the entire family goes to the mall, and they're in macy's (the f'ing bastards who are killing off marshall fields) and he finds a bears jersey. Since he's decided he wants to be a bears fan, he picks up the jersey and shows it to his sister.
The following conversation ensues:
Son: "hey sis! I want to get this jersey!"
Daughter: "What the hell?! A bears jersey?! Are you insane! We're packers fans! Your mother would kill you! You better go talk to her before you buy that."

So the son goes and talks to his mother:
Son: "Hey mom, can I get this jersey?"
Mother: "What the hell are you thinking!? We're packers fans! your father would kill you if you bought that! Are you stupid?! what the hell is wrong with you?!"

So he goes and talks to his father. Before he can even speak his father sees the jersey and smacks him upside the head.
Father: "What the hell are you doing?! Put that bears jersey down! what's wrong with you?!"
Son: "I want to be a bears fan though!"
Father: "What?! We're packers fans! No son of mine will be a disgraceful bears fan! What the hell is wrong with you!? we're leaving!"

So the family leaves and on their way through the parking lot, the father says to the son:
Father: "So son, have you learned anything today?"
Son: "Yea dad, I've only been a bears fan for 1/2 an hour and I already hate you f-ing packer fans!"

I deep fried a turkey in the parking lot while tailgating. Looks like a lot of us were there.

I watched the game in HD. It was beautiful. ESPNHD on DISH has the best picture I've ever seen. And man, bears' defense looked amazing. I would NOT want to be taking a hit from any of those guys.

All the love going around reminds me of a heart felt tale from home in Florida a few years back...

A kind mall Santa was listening the the desires of the children when one little boy came and sat on his lap. He told Santa that he wanted a Power Ranger. Santa proceeded to inform the little boy that he was wearing a Florida State sweatshirt, and that Santa only like Florida Gators fans. The little boy began to cry as he left Santa's lap. The father of the little boy discovered the comment made about Santa only liking Gators fans.

The Christmas gifts for Santa and Father that year were assault and disorderly conduct charges from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

That's an awesome tailgating idea! I got a fryer for Father's day, and went nuts this summer making Turkey, chicken wings, PB sandwiches... basically anything I could get my hands on. I'm think I'm gonna do a bird on Christmas day if it's not snowing or raining.

Don't tempt me RSD 'cause if it were any other day, I would!! I'm the only one in the office this week and I'm there for only one day... I can't call in that one day. BUT I can come back and visit again and you know I will since I've got family here.

It was fantabulous to meet ya'll!! So cool to put faces with names and ya'll are a riot!! I hope to see all ya'll again soon!!
