hey all you fans of the spirited ride home .... come out to the jgtca meet this saturday! we always do a fun cruise afterward. they are having a meet after the poker run, so even if youre not pokering (yes, that IS a word) you can still catch up with us at the meet. meet starts around 4:30, cruise usually starts at 6:30. last meet we had at this location was HUGE!

Hey folks, whattya think of doing Schaumburg this coming week on Thursday, then the next week on Wednesday in the Oakbrook area (this way Race gets a Wednesday AND Oakbrook!)
I'm also sending out an email with group name suggestions ... my offering is

id love to get us all down to the planetarium for some sweet pics. itd be awesome to get every color represented. Anyone up for doing an October bash in the city to get us up and officially going? if we plan it far enough ahead, we may get more than 9 of us ....... challenge ISSUED! :D

RX-8 Club Weekly Meet: Thursday 9/29 @ Uno's @ 7:30 pm

Uno's is at the corner of Golf and Meachum but we are not going to park directly in their parking lot. We are going to park in the lot directly south of Uno's and also south of the Panera. There is an office building there that will have a semi-empty parking lot where we should all be able to park together.
Uno's has big 24 oz drafts of Killian's Red (no my favorite but I like cheap beer) for $2.00 or something like that.
After dinner, we'll go on a cruise that Red is setting up and then we'll head back to streets for some Starbuck's.

True...I also think Old Style, Natural Ice/Light, Red Dog, Iron City, etc...

Road America Caravan
oooh, that reminds me....
we are already starting a caravan up to Road America on October 15-16. anyone who's interested in joining the caravan, just let me know and we'll work out a route to pick everyone up along the way. machan and i aren't tracking our cars, we're just going to watch blueRen's superb driving expertise (yea blue, ya owe me $20 for that endorsement) ... come on out, put it on yer calendars now!! :D
