That's good to know, I'm closer to Buyers but I bought my car from Direct so I take it there right now for any service that I have done. I need to make an appointment to have them do the work on the brakes and possibly replace the starter/battery for the hard starts.

Good deal. I'm glad you had a good experience and saved some cash. I will agree that Paul the service manager is a pain to talk to. Luckily, I didn't have to deal with him when I went in. Frank will be my point of contact from now on.
