On local Detroit sports radio, I caught a portion of a conversation where it sounded like the Rose Bowl might not take Michigan because their fans "don't travel well", and that the Orange Bowl might instead be interested in Michigan.

If that scenario held true, it would be UM vs. Wake Forest (ugh!) in the Orange. What an ugly game that would be. The ACC really blows this year if WF is their champion...

They should really try to get a true 3 vs. 4 match-up in one of the other major bowls. Unfair to the others, but it's what the fans want.

1. OSU fell to #5 in ppg behind V.Tech, Wisc, TCU, and LSU. Fla is #6. But Wisconsin still represented the Big Ten with the #2 spot.

2. Michigan is still #1 against the run.

3. Wisconsin is #1 for passing efficiency defense, and #2 against the pass

I'll state it again since you asked, Big Ten Football is all about defense.
