Okay guys and gals.....I just made a trip down to Modular Depot which is in Southgate KY otherwise known as Newport.

I spoke with the manager there and I asked about dyno runs....so here is where we stand:
-50 bucks for three runs and it includes the AFR reading (this is half the price)
-we need a minimum of 10 cars to do this
-I was thinking the weekend after the 29th

Let me know ASAP I will get it organized....this would be great for all of us to hang out and get some ideas on numbers.

Hey guys...i need some help...tonight my car lost power and then died a couple times..each time I would start it back up and it would drive ok for a few...im located in hebron ky...i am pretty sure based on my researching this site that it is the coils.....i do not know what kind of maintnence was done to this car before I bought it so it could still be on original plugs and coils.....I am going to buy the coils from online mazda parts...any suggestion where to get plugs? Also could anyone help me install? I have a cozy garage and will supply beer/food..some cash..whatever...i know this is probobly a easy fix but I would feel more confident learning with somone who knows how. I dont mind doing the work..and just having somone guide me....please and thanks!

I live in Taylor Mill KY and Ihave done coils about 4 times now i can put those in for you and the plugs arent hard either just make sure you have a socket to remove them, a jack, jack stands and we will have to take the tire off on the drivers side.

Let me know the progress with your car and when you would want to do the install..??

and are you talking about spark plugs or spark plug wires??

 

I plan to do the wires,plugs and coils all at one time. I ordered them all today from mazmart...also..i have a jack...no jack stands

We could do it without jack stands I guess....just hope your jack dosent have any problems hahaha...

No I drive a Velocity Red one, My parents actually live in Taylor Mill and I live in a condo in Clifton. I go to UC I played football up here, but I start spring break tomorrow so I and off for like 17 days so just let me know when you would want to do it???
