Unfortunately, am not going to be able to make it due to a couple of family emergencies that just went on tonight. Son in Law went to ER for problems which are evidently related to high blood pressure, niece went to ER for a concussion she suffered in an accident almost a week ago. Two different hospitals. Wife is wanting to stay near...sigh.

So, guess I'll stay home and work on the oil cooler strakes mod I have been planning for a week. I have the driver's side roughed out and after doing the passenger side, which is just a mirror image, I will start on the sanding and finishing part of it. I am planning on making these and casting them in a mold using a resin for the finished product. Also, since I am going to be buying resin and mold supplies, gonna have to take the strakes off the sides and maybe, just maybe do the same resin casting on them too. :D This is just a preview of what's to come. Shhhh, you guys heard it here first.

Wish I would have seen this earlier, but I haven't been on the board in quite a while. I don't know if I would've been able to make it because of things to do here at work, but I might have sneaked out early to join the fun. Oh well, maybe next time.

 

Sounds like it should of been fun. Did anyone get any pic? I would love to see them.
