I've been meaning to ask you if you've cancelled many Japan vacations lately?

 

I don't book many Japan trips. But I've had a few people cancel their Hawaii trips because of the tsunami even though there isn't anything to worry about in Hawaii.

What was in Layton?

 

The March cruise was out by Grantsville and Miller, not Layton. It's been about a year since we cruised up north, prolly time for another northern outing real soon.

The April meet was a bbq, had a decent turnout for a day that started rainy but cleared before we ate. No cruise.

I haven't scheduled a May event since we usually count the Vegas meet as our event for that month, but since there seems to be only 2 cars from Utah going to Vegas, maybe those of you staying behind could organize something. Otherwise, the next slcRX8 event will be in June.

I really wanted to make it to Vegas this year, but I'm building a house right now, so I'm tryin not to spend money, and you can't go to Vegas and not spend money.

Im in northern utah, picked mine up at freeway mazda in ogden best idea i ever had lol.

Yeah i picked mine up Jan of this year, down at freeway and i know the dealership your talking about. As for living up north way north im up in logan I am always cruizing around though for some reason i cant stop even at $3.93 a gallon lol.

 

Dang up in logan huh nice not to far from me just a hour away ha, but here in Roy its only $3.80 a

gallon premium :] were lucky our prices are not so high as other places ha

ya taco man, you guys are lucky i hope it goes down soon. I would like to get a meet together of all the local rxs, i think i have seen yours around kingdan. Ya for sure i am always cruising around i never see anyone out though except for those fast as **** cummins LMAO. You ever get to race one do it for pinks everyone needs a truck lol.

 

On May 31, slcrx8.com ceased to exist as a website and now is on Facebook only. We folded the website into slcrotary.com, so now the 7 and 8 owners are all in one club.

Ink Goddess is in charge of the Facebook page. I no longer have any leadership role in the Salt Lake club. slcrotary does not have elected offices.

There is a BBQ and possible cruise scheduled for June 18th. Check the slcrotary.com website for details.

If you like 7's of all types, this is a good chance to see several in one setting, as well as 8's.

Well, you missed the BBQ with SLCrotary on Saturday. About 5 8's and at least 4 FD 7's. A great time was had by all!
