Depends if I get my N/A 8 all fixed up in time. Think it will pass inspection without side Curtain Airbags?

What's going on with your RX-8. And I have no idea of any good Rotary Mechanics at all. Besides the dealership of course. They send out a special tech for us if they don't have one in shop.

Thats weird - My 8 was having problems too O_o The 2nd gear synchros when out after i put some Royal Purple in my transmission ... My warranty coverd it and im getting my 8 back on Wednesday

And as for your airbags Greek Racer 8 - I dont think it would matter since some people show up with nothing but a roll cage and 1 seat in their car. But maybe i'm wrong.

 

Hello! Just wanted to put in my first post! I just got my 8 a couple of days ago and so far so good! I traded in an 06 Legacy GT for it, which we'll see how well it works out this winter. It does have brand new Blizzaks on it though, so its a start at least! Well, hope to see some of you out and about at some point!

 

Welcome to the club, and you should be fine with blizzaks, the 8's actually one of the better cars ive driven in the snow once i got snow tires on it

 

Welcome to the club man! hey all i just got my 8 back from courtesy mazda in longmont, they just replaced the motor and these guys are awesome! the shipping of the new motor took 2 days and the install was a day and a half. im incredibly satisfied with the work and its a place to check out when your time comes lol

 

Lol, and it will be coming! I just got a nitrous kit from someone in Firestone, will spend the next little while figuring out how to make it work without going boom! Do you guys ever get together in the area, either just to meet up for food and drinks or to work on your cars?

Ive never been to any meets around here but i have gone to the SCCA winter solo series. If you are interested in racing you should come this sunday on the 14th
