Propose a time and a place, and let's see if there's any interest.
I'm almost always up for a get together if there isn't a conflict with life at the same time.

How long a day are those that will participate up for? A joint meet with the Springs crowd perhaps?

Thanks again BladeCutter for all the help with the misfire issue. Advance Auto currently has a "15% off 100 dollar purchase, plus $50 back. Was thinking about getting coils and Transmission fluid, then i would have the 50 for engine oil changes and other things later on. What do you think about that idea?

btw...my local Advanced said that they would get me Redline MT90 even though they don't store stock it. They asked for a 3 day lead time. Maybe you can get the same deal out there...but whatever you do...don't go with Royal Purple!!!

It's not that royal purple products are bad...they just have been known to cause issues with our tranny.

Whatever you want to go with, feel free to pick it up, and I'll give you a hand getting everything on your car.

Its your job to figure out the financial aspect.

Put up the plans for the day, and lets see who's willing to get together.
Involve a drive on some great roads, and I'll be there, if I can make it.

I went to the Pueblo Motorsport Park tonight and saw a white rx8 on the drag strip. He pulled a 16 and a I didn't catch the second run maybe a 17? at 5k elevation. Was cool to see a rx8 dragging locally. I am really looking forward to the track being repaved, I hope to try the 2.2 mile road course out soon. See you there?

Anyone in the Denver area interested in a red RX-8 AutoArt 1:18 model?

I'm just north of Castle Rock and always up for a ride. If you haven't been out to Sedalia yet... Oooooh boy that's a fun road :D Forget the highway number, but it's off Sante Fe, south of Highland Ranch Parkway.

Kraut,

That would explain why I've never seen your car on the premises.
I head home at 5pm.

What color is your car?

I have the black one typically parked in Lot M, and there's occasionally a Blue in either N or M during the day, but I haven't figured out who owns that one.

Mines a dark silver with black wheels. I'm usually in lot N.
Haven't seen the blue one, must be day people too.

I just moved to Gunbarrel, and theres another 8 (light silver) in my complex, wonder if that is slvrmzdrx8

If its sporting a temp tag, it most likely is his.

We will have to have a get together sometime in the near future for a decent weather drive. This craptastic weather is going to have to leave town sometime soon.

Ill probably be at one if not both of these runs. Hopefully we can get together a good, Rx8 run together, with how many of us there are currently. What is the count, lets get a number. How many drivers are there on here that would be interested on some sort of set date run wherever we decide and grab something to eat after?

lol That was me!!! It was my first time drag racing and I just wanted to see what my car could do. I was expecting around 15.5 to 16. My best time ended up being a 16.006. My first run was really embarrassing. I ran a 17.2 lol. But ya I saw a gray RX-8 just spectating I think. Was that you? and ya I'm really looking forward to running the track sometime this summer.

RX8 sighting this morning:

Boulder - Foothills Parkway - from Table Mesa to Jay Street

Custom Plate - TI RX-8

Didn't even notice you while I was stopped in traffic until your fender pulled past my windshield.
