REmedy Water Pump or Not?

I'm new here! And new to the 2007 RX-8 I just purchased last week.

I've kept quiet on the forums here for the past week as I've been reading and learning a lot more than I thought I would. This is great place!

What I'm trying to figure out at the moment, is whether or not the previous owner has installed a REmedy water pump. I was wondering if anyone knows the difference in appearance between the stock pump and the REmedy, as to indicate which pump is currently installed (without having to pull it out).

I'm inclined to believe that such modifications may have been done, due to the nature of the modest modifications that the previous owner has done already (Injen Intake, Aftermarket Oil Coolers, Exhaust, Plug Wires, etc.)

I purchased the car from a dealership, so I don't have any contact information for the previous owner and, therefore I cannot ask the previous owner questions..

Any help would be great!

Thanks!

This is correct. Sorry for the lack of response on my part. I have been with an evil flu since the evening of December 24th.

By the way, if you have one of our pumps and wish to renew it, we will install the RE-medy impeller onto another brand new OEM pump at a strong discount.

Paul.

Awesome! Thanks for the input! I'll be digging a little deeper in the coming weeks, and I'll eventually be buying some products from Mazmart..

Sorry to hear about the flu, that's no fun! Hope you're feeling better!

Thanks Andrew,

This is the toughest flu I've had as an adult. It does not want to let go and I do all the right stuff, no drugs, serious vitamin C and B etc with garlic and ginger, honey etc.

I look forward to serving you sir.

Paul.

Glad you are better now.

What a miserable time to get the flu, too. Yuck.
