I fully admit my responses have been defensive and abrasive, I personally don't like being falsely accused of not being able to follow simple instructions, I have been in business a long time and have never treated a customer the way I've been treated in this case. None the less, I will apologize for any inappropriate behavior I have personally demonstrated throughout this process.

I'm adding three more "rules" to my list:
8) Customer's that receive preferential treatment or "favors" will go on to be your most acerbic critics
9) Customer's that receive preferential treatment or "favors" will bristle at the idea that they should repay their debts
10) Customer's that beg for preferential treatment or "favors" because of financial stress will almost immediately turn around and flaunt that they "got something for nothing" and will then, quite publicly, spend many times the amount they received in preferential treatment or "favors"elsewhere, with no intention of repaying their debt
I'm using the term "customers" even though it seems that these behaviors extend much further into the entire subset of individuals one might just label "acquaintances" or, sadly, "friends".

- Of course your character is going to be the best, even when playing on "Hard"!
- Of course your local Discount Tire or Firestone is going to throw money at you to advertise their tires/prices.
- Any vendor you buy from is PRIVILEGED, because you're going to kick some ***, have the best looking car and everyone's going to ask you where you got the stuff. Heck, it's free advertising for them, they should be paying YOU!

Don’t bring your need to the marketplace, bring your skill. I you don’t feel well; tell your doctor, but not the marketplace.
I work in a business that demands good service and without my customers good or bad I would go bankrupt. We pay or money to professionals so they can guide us in an area that we are ignorant in, not so that we get treated like retards because we don’t understand or have the time to learn your area of expertise. I don’t’ ask for free service, just to receive what I paid for. Jeff I hope that you take the time to look in the mirror.
