The Calibration Service contract period is 6 months.
I often go way over that and have been known to extend all sorts of "special consideration" in some cases.

It all really depends on the circumstances - certainly if the delays or need for extension are my fault I will always look for a way to make it work for the customer.

I tried to PM you first.

Anyways, regarding my calibration service. I double checked and the purchase date was 05/26/2011 (according to my bank records) which implies my calibration service deadline will be the 26th of this month. I still have to send Charles my ignition system to get the harness replaced (it broke) so I may not make this deadline. I understand you make exceptions but I was curious if you were going to make one in my case considering my engine and tranny issues...Etc?

Chris

Makes sure you check the schedule. Sessions are being added and moved around as needed.

Same story here. I can't make a lot of the sessions because or work or school. Jeff has been very understanding of the situation.

MM,

Looks like I'm not going to get the BHR ignition kit back in time for the last evening session this month. Should I wait for the kit to come back in? I'll log into the afternoon session this Wednesday either way so we can chat.

Take care,

Chris

If your calibration already contains the dwell adjustment for the Ignition System, you will not be able to run the car on OE coils.
If it does not, I will not be able to give you the dwell adjustment until you do install them.

So, waiting is probably a good idea.

you may want to email MM directly.

Have you read, and re-read the AccessPORT Instructions Instructions thread?

I am relatively easy to get in touch with, provided you follow the instructions!

That said, the suggestions above are a good start - there is no difference between the US and Euro versions of the AccessPORT. They are even priced the same these days!

I do read the shipping address on each and every order, so I usually have a pretty good idea where each unit is actually going! lol
