You didn't pay for a service, so this argument is specious.

You purchased your AccessPORT used from another forum member.
I extended the service to you as a courtesy to the original purchaser, who received the Calibration Service FREE OF CHARGE as part of his original purchase.

If your initial calibration submission had followed the guidelines in the instructions, it wouldn't have been rejected.
I'm sorry that these "instructions instructions" were not available at the time when you submitted your original submission, but they were written to address just this sort of problem.

You were sent your update on April 17th. Had you checked your folder ( http://www.mazdamaniac.com/cobb/completed/VERSUS4582/ ) as indicated in the instructions, you would have seen that.

no, he never answers his phone because he literally retains nothing that is said to him over a phone. Talking to Jeff on the phone is akin to talking to a homeless guy at a bus stop.. he might act like he's responding to you but he's really talking to the 13 foot tall imaginary wolf-man standing next to you.

email or text, best way to get to him.

Honestly, being able to get into the Seminar should be part of the test.

If you can't do that much then you really have no business tuning your car.

This REALLY sucks to hear. I know we're not that large of a market for them but surely they make SOME money off of these and seeing as how all the R&D is already done, I don't see why they couldn't just produce them in small batches when demand deems it necessary.

My reading comprehension sucks, because I just purchased the AccesPORT AND bought the calibration service. I made sure to read through this thread before I started my purchase. I am an idiot! <facepalm>
