What kind of bulbs? LED or the chrome amber?

 

Neither: "Regular" Orange bulbs, just as Mazda supply 'em

Replacement of the bulb with another type would be no issue with these clear corners? Also, what do you mean by "early". I've got the 06 model.

I will order a set ASAP if it works with mine..

Your '06 should be fine.
