Swift Springs: Best Prices for Swift springs

Swift Springs

Springs Rate: 3.7kg/1.6~2.3Kg
Drop: 0.8"/0.8"
Let superior performance and comfort lower your car. Not just style.

Swift made Sport Springs keeps your quality ride you get from showroom, and adds a sporty feel and lower ride height for sport driving enthusiasts and style minded drivers who demand only the best.
Swift did not start developing Sport Springs by trying to drop the ride height. Unlike others who only care about style, Swift approached to create lowering springs with 3 rules.

1 Keep or improve a smooth comfortable ride.
2 Increase handling, control, and performance.
3 Lower the vehicle within the each vehicle’s usable stroke.

Swift developed each Sport Springs application based on each vehicles unique characteristic. So a Luxury car will keep its luxury ride, and sports car will handle like a sport car.

Racing Main Springs
Less unsprung mass, more stroke, increased handling.
The only thing you will be loosing is track time.

Swift’s flagship products that made Swift a regular name in the worlds most famous racing series. These products have been the child for over 80 years of industrial spring experience from the smallest springs all the way to springs larger than your car. Hundreds of engineers proven concepts and theories were materialized in this springs development. The end, the product is the lightest, most durable, and the most linear spring rate on the market.

While most track racers have already began the ritual of swapping their springs, many swap from one brand to another let you notice the stiffness only as being either softer or harder. What if a spring could change other dynamics, such as a noticeably lighter unsprung mass, smoother weight transferring, better ride quality, lower tire temperature, and increased ability to anticipate vehicle reaction? Like most racers, Swift team hates to hear “what if”, so they built the “what if” into reality.

IMPORTANT NOTE
ANY OF MAIN SPRINGS ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR FULL CRUSH.
CRUSHING THE SPRINGS (FULL STROKE) WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO
SPRINGS, AND OTHER SUSPENSION COMPONENTS.

Assist Springs
The best of both worlds: Swift assist springs provide
dynamic progressive – linear rate.

Assist springs have two functions. The first is the spring adds a progressive rate to the initial portion of the stroke. This progression can add increased comfort is used on a daily driver coilover setup that has stiff springs installed. It provides racers added softer spring rate progression. Once the assist crushes, the normal spring rate will take over.
The second job is the same as helper springs. They prevent the loss of traction during rebound, and extreme cornering.

Assist springs are designed to repeatedly be fully crushed. Every assist spring crushes to the same height. That allows drivers to change assist springs without resetting the spring perch on coilover without changing ride height.

Helper Springs
Helper springs prevent dismounting of springs from perch on coilover without changing spring rate.

Swift helper springs are specially designed to provide minimal effect on spring rate. Using helper springs allows the spring to stay firmly on its perch when the shock has negative or zero load. Driver should use helper springs if they experience springs coming loose from their perch and/or they can not preload the main spring because of car height issue.

Thrust Sheets
Increase linear rate on any spring by preventing spring
unwind during compression.

Thrust sheets provide a variety of benefits to coilover systems. As a spring becomes compressed the coils attempt to distribute the energy by unwinding. This is called twisted force. The unwinding makes the spring rate irregular. By allowing the spring to smoothly rotate around the perch during compression, the spring rate will return to normal. Thrust sheets also help dampening and rebound of struts too. Thrust sheet’s bearing action allowing the rotation of a spring allow the load on the spring to be more evenly Distributed which reduces lateral shock shaft load. Increased lateral load on shock shafts cause a reduction in the struts ability to rely on valves for dampening force.

Thrust sheets works with all brand of coilover system & springs as long as inside diameter matches. Each kit comes with 4 composite rings and 4 stainless steel sheets that will cover 2 coilover springs.
