U can take it to them if you like. If everything is under warrenty give it a shot. But they blew it with us. They screwed us around over our cat. And they kept car for 2 days. Used a half tank of gas and put 100 miles on it. Me personally I would prefer to take car to RPerformance in BA. He is EXTREMLY good with 8s. Good luck to you both on trip to mazda.

I am a lil old to be crusing memorial lol but its all good the gf has the 8 this weekend (well it is her car) and she is baby sitting for a friend all weekend and i have my son. no biggie tho we will meet up

Thanks alot, I hope to have a CF hood and Racing beat wing in a couple of months. I put in my BHR ignitioin and powdercoated my strakes black since the meet. I'm waiting for my midpipe to get here so I can get Mazdamaniac to tune my Cobb.

Carlos got us fixed right up within a day. Done a great job too! We're just have nt been able to pickl it up till today due to work times. But its ok we are very happy with service! Oh he went ahead and mid-piped the car since we will not be using mazda as out tech anymore.

Hey Xtreme. Yes that was me in the Dodge today on 412. We really got to get those 8s together sometime.

Took Really up 82 this weekend in hers. We did the Spavinaw run, 14 miles 28 turns, then took old Indian Springs road back around Wicliffe (sp) school thru Kenwood and back to Salina. Had a good time and found some curves to carve.

I got my midpipe today and downloaded my MM base map to start tuning.
I need to go up and run thru those roads or we could plan another meet and run it as a crew. My car goes into Carlos on mon for flywheel, clutch, thermastat and fuel pump. Should be ready to run by next weekend.

We should plan a run for next month. Then we could do monthly meets. And just whenever we can do a run and meet at same time. And I knew your where familiar but couldn't place where. I got a bad memory. Lol. And I havnt taken car back yet. Still driving rent free. Lol. I just bout a lil car the other day. Cheap car but good car. Nothing special. Its a tan car with black on bottom and black spoiler with hood scoop. Just in case u see me on highway just to wave. Lol I will be fixing up car only to look good. Not to be fast at all. Great mpg. Drove from skyitook (can't spell it) back to locust on less than 5 bucks.

Satday run thru the curves then a cruise on Sat night in Tulsa? I saw you mentioned Sunday would this be a run to Locust Grove and back to Tulsa or would it be more involved?

Didn't even check the calender sorry. I was hoping xtreme could help plan the run, since he is more familiar with the area. I've never been down scenic 412, just sounded fun and twisty. I was just trying to make suggestions. I was thinking Locust and back would be good. That's about a 4 hr roundtrip. I'm up for the 11th if that is better. I have to work every Sat from 9:30- 9 at the spa.

Sounds like a plan to me. Ill ask wife and make sure its ok. Only bad part is sat my wife don't get off till 4pm on sat. But if we could work something on that it would be sweet. It don't get dark till later anyway.

Xtreme - How far on scenic 412 you guys usually run? just to Locust or do you go on past Locust? Remember I live in Salina so i can help plan anything. I took Really's up to Spavinaw weekend before last 14 miles 28 turns and it has a nice view. Sat is optional but on Sunday we have church so it will have to be something in the afternoon for us. Just depends on how involved we want to get. Also you guys get into the show scene much? maybe we can find a few shows and do a club participation at one or two this spring.

That would sound good to me. Shows would be a lot of fun. If we do 412 I was thinking through locust and out past rose. So we got curves and some straights. But its up to everyone else what they think would be fun.
