thanks jen i worked with it for about an hour and got it looking really nice, alittle bit of NU finish clear coat cleaner and some wax cleaned it up but it need to get sanded and reclear coated, fixed the tailights and puttin badges back on today! Im thinking u should do a photo shot with ur car everyone here would deffinitly subscribe to that thread lol, anyways were trying to get a meet together august 15 if u and ur husband arent crazy busy i know its alond drive though

 

Umm.. Lol thanks. Where wld the meet be? I would haft to make sure I have the money and everything but I would love to come. I'm glad u got ur taillights fixed! The hood does look good! Hopefully I can get my calipers done soon! I want them so badly hot pink!

the meets in either edmond or okc we will have the location picked out by sunday most likely so its set in stone!

 

Just wanted to let you guys know I don't really have an 8 anymore, it got totaled by some chick txting in her hummer about 2 weeks ago not sure what I'll be getting to replace it but right now I'm more worried about the road to recovery over the next 2 months then what car I have.

 

Oh what the f*** I woulda beat the shi* out of her. Drug her out and curbed checked her! Wtf. Man I hope ur ok! I'm sorry to here about this! Man that kills me.

I''ll get some pics soon, the whole front end is pretty much gone, like my suspension wasn't savable. When you look at the pic its hard to believe I was actually in the car and that I'm still alive. Probably the only mob part other then the radio I will be able to save is the short shifter, so if anyone wants one, lets me know. And I still have a AP catless mid pipe sitting in my shed I never go to install...

 

let me know how much for the mid pipe if ur wanting to sell and not getting another 8 and i want to see pics when ur feeling better

My dad saved what he could from it mod wise, nothing in the engine survived without taking some kind of dent, but I still have the AP catless mid-pipe I never got around to installing and I was able to take the short shifter out and its fine, I also have 3 of the rims.. if someone was interested in getting the 4th I got the set from Tirerack.com. If your interested let me know.. and 3 of the shocks and springs seem to be in great shape, with like 1000 miles on them... but unless someone wants to take them off they are going down with the car.

 

let me know where its going id like the leather out of it and maybe the springs and visor and a few odds and ends
