Jimmy- The exhaust is ridiculously loud. I was going to go to OKC this morning to autocross with it thinking it would be fine because I'm going to be racing but hell I couldn't even make it 10 miles out of town before I had to turn back because it was sooo freakin' loud. I think I'm just going to throw my stock exhaust back on there later today and enjoy how quiet it is.

Glad it was a good weekend. I was wanting to come out but I took my 8 in to get it aligned becasue it just wasn't driving right. Well come to find out I had slipped a belt in the right rear tire and was causing it drive funky. So I ordered 2 new tires and they will be here today I hope and i will be back in business. Currently I am working on a new custom airdam. I will have a how to on my site when it is done. Oh also tirerack.com is having a 25% off sale on koni shocks. Does anyone have a stock drivers side mirror? Someone came by the other night and pushed my mirror in or something and broke one of the little plastic adjusters in the mirror.

 

there was some on ebay last week don't know if they are still there or not. but it was for a set.

 

I got my Tokico D specs, Tein Stech's and Hotchki Sways ordered, I should have it all be next week I think... unless UPS fails like they did with my rims and one gets lost in the system and arrives late...

 

well my A/C condenser is in just waiting on the grilles and caliper paint and then i am in business! Can't wait to have A/C again!!!!

 

I got my rear springs installed a couple days ago. Now, I just need to do the fronts. I keep being lazy. It's would be really bad if the car wasn't already lowered

 

That sucks. I came out one morning last year and someone had broken the mirror off and then tried to put it back on. I still say it was the trash company.

 

Just got my wheels back from powder coating. I will post pictures on and off the car after my roommate wakes up because I don't have a camera.

 

Replaced the coils and spark plugs on my car today, and boy my plugs where bad... Atleast it was super easy to do.

 

Yes it is really easy. I don't know why Mazda says it takes 2.5 hours to change the coils (20 minute job). Saved a TON in labor haha

 

I know, they wanted me to pay $700 for coils and plugs... I politely said F*** that I'll do it myself.

 

well really's grilles and condenser is in now we just need that paint. Will be installing it 2m at her house anyone want to help?

 

I don't get offwork until 3:30 or I would help. You prob want to
do it in the morning to avoid the heat.

Hey guys quick question! I took the car back stock its running gr8t but at start up it has a light haze of smoke that's last for about 10 min of driveing. I have a mid pipe no cat does that seem normal?

 

Hey Jen glad the car is running well. It was more than likely the typhoon intake causing the problem. I get a little smoke in the morning as well. You might want to seachem the engine to clean some ofthe carbon build up out. I have a can to do mine. It should do 2 cars if you want to do yours to.

 

Yeah if u don't mind that would be awsome. Maybe we can meet up sometime n do that n see if my smoke is normal or not. I tryed going to mazda but they screwed me over again. Abd yeah carlos took the k and n air out put stock back and that fixed the idle problem.
