No where. You could try Cobb in Austin but i am not sure they will do a custom tune. Your best best is to get in on Mazdamaniac's live tuning if you can. Are you NA or FI?

I would call Rotary Performance in Dallas.

I hate to sound like a fan boi because I am not and I understand your concerns with MM but the live tuning seems to be going smooth. If you want a solid reliable tune then really that is your best option.

The alternative to MM is a great dude named Kane but you would have to contact him to see if he is available as he has a day job.

Unfortunately you are taking a huge risk if you go to someone who does not have experience tuning the 8. Even experienced rotary tuners like turblown have used MM to tune RX-8's. My experience from most rotary shops is that they try and use tuning methods that work on RX-7's in RX-8 tuning and it just doesn't work.

Besides, you are investing a lot of money, you don't want someone learning or teaching themselves on your car

For sure. He had my car to learn on lol. I got a free tune for being the guinea pig. There is a thread where he got 208whp on a mustang dyno out of a boltons car and he has tuned atleast one turbo 8 (I'd bet way more). Nice guy
