I was just kidding about getting rid of my big screen. I've fought so hard to keep it in the divorce. Hey, BTW are you really bringing your EX to the Tuesday meet?

Mr. Ed's been robbing the cradle and having no luck. Perhaps that's a sign to look for the ladies who are old enough to buy beer, not just serve it.

what? you boys don't realize how a girl matures in those years. she literally is a girl at 18 and a woman at 21. don't ask why, i don't know, but it's true.

well tiff, not to be rude but i've come to the realization that all women are insane until they turn 26.. and they're sane until they hit menopause at which point they become REALLY insane :b

2. older women are manipulative.. seriously.. i dated a 25 year old when i was 21.. jeezus! she could make me do anything she wanted or say anything she wanted..
3. i dont want control. i want mutual contribution to a relationship
4. smart women are the only ones i like. if they're smarter than me, even better :b

1) i thought we were around the same age
2) don't you think you should take some responsibility for allowing to be manipulated?
3) young girls don't know how to contribute
4) agree and shouldn't be hard to find. :D

2. I take a lot of credit, but honest, trusting and secure women don't manipulate.
3. Yes and yes. Well.. yes..
4. no longer necessary to discuss :b

I'm with you on that Ajax. Smart women are my major weakness. Unless they are a smart woman that plays the ditz part to try and pacify guys that can't handle a smart woman. Because even smart women that gets the hots real bad for a guy will sometimes try to conform to something they are not
The worst case of job distraction I ever had was working with a dropdead gorgeous Cisco certified network administrator at GTE. Crites I could have fell really hard for that
She politely corrected a male admin that was talking up some **** about network protocols at lunch once and he made the mistake of calling her "blondie" and "little missy" in the same sentence as well as challenged her to ellaborate. This was with a whole group of us I.T. people BTW. Before I even had time to bitchslap his *** for the degrading remark she threw out a whole disortation of exactly why he was wrong and exactly how the protocol did work like she read it off a textbook.
Then another dumbass pops off that she is really smart for a "chic". She gets up and leaves and me and a couple other guys are telling these two just how badly we really want to beat their asses down at this point
Hell there was know doubt she was by far the smartest person at the table... and fugg'n adorable to boot and at the time single.

Sorry for that long story but you guys would have had it bad for her too

Don't feel alone there. The stuff she was talking was way over my head but she was not the type to try and show anyone up or anything. She told me later that she wished she hadn't said anything when the dumbass mis-spoke but she did not think it would have provoked such a harsh remark. She thought she was helping him out actually. Another guy could have said it and he would not have said ****.
With her it was the way she carried herself that did it for me. Very soft spoken and really nice. She is one of the only people I know that was a Nikola Tesla nut like me. She knew how many patents he had and when/where he was born/died. But those were things you had to prod her on because she did not want to come across as a know-it-all. I'm telling you dude you did not have to even know what a network was to get transfixed on her.

For now we are sitting tight. David has some things to work out with some personal matters first. He also has a ton of cars and a truck or two to get rid of. We will only take the rotary stuff with us and not even all of those. The wait is killing me.
