So I've been thinking of purchasing exhaust tips for my car. ( waits for the cry's of GAAAAY ).

.
.
.

The reason is I haven't found an exhaust on the rx8 that I like and I really can't stand how small and ugly those exhaust tips look stock. I also have more important things to spend my money on than a six to eight hundred dollar exhaust. I was thinking of going with the borla tips that are on the regular borla rx8 exhaust kit. I'm not interested in it changing that sound, in fact I hope it doesn't because i like the stock exhaust tone, I just want to improve the look.

The question is, do you think thats totally craptastic? I still do it even if 100 people say "GAAAY" but im interested in knowing peoples feelings about this.

GAAAY!

J/K man... Some people just don't want exhaust. Personally, I love it. I really think you can get a "better" sound from intake though. It just adds a deeper sound to things. Just hurry up and add it to the install list for April 8th...

There's someone in DFW who did this not too long ago... maybe Jaguargod? They turned out pretty good. Maybe you can check with him for suggestions.

I'm not a big fan of intakes. I'd rather get a tanabe strut tower brace or swaybar. Handling FTW!

Saturday I got to sit in an Elise! Wow, they are sooooo small. One of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen in person! $42,900 with only 8000 miles on it! It was at a Dealership.

They wouldn't let me test drive it though!

My bastard friend is getting an exige in a few months. Red. It's soooooooo freaking hot. He's got like a waiting list from people who want a ride.

For the time being he sold his s2k and bought a land cruiser. Which he's going to drive when it's raining outside.

LUCKY!!!!
Can you say if yall are working on anything for the PS3 yet? I heard from reading on-line that it is pretty difficult to make games for that system.

I just got back from Town North. I was talking to Rachel at the last BJs meet about how my car was having start-up issues, and I took her advice.

So i went in today, and the service department was real cool about the mods. They went ahead and changed the battery/starter/plugs.. and the car runs great now. It starts up like a laser.. FREAKIN SWEET!!!

Big Thumbs Up for Town North Mazda.

I like reading all the threads where people are afraid their clear corners are going to void the warranty... and hear I am getting service done with mod heaven

Harry,
That's awesome. Glad they took care of your baby. I figured they'd be cool.

Yeah that new starter really makes it sound unique! I just tell everyone it's the rotary weapon under the hood!

The only person who showed up to the install party that needed work done was Michael and he didn't have any curb rash.

We're not ATM. We're making "Stuntman 2" for the PS2 and Xbox360 and "BattleZone" for the PSP.

I'd actually like to work on the revolution. That wand controller is amazing.

Still trying to figure out why people would do this stupid ****.

http://www.grillsbypaulwall.com

Probably something an EVO or Civic owner would do.

chr1s,
Yes that revolution controller seems to have a lot of potential for a new style of gaming. I'm still holding out on the 360 until i can see what the other 2 have to offer. In about a year, i'll probably go back into gaming obsession, and once again disappear from the world.
Last time that happened was with Forza and a little bit with Toca 2.

Str8cold,
I don't see any cars on that link, just a lot of bad dental hygene.

Freindly warning... new cell phone phishing scam ( 888-349-9735 )

We received 4 calls today from the same 888 number and finally called Sprint's billing department. When I answer there was an automated message (not Clair but computer generated man's voice) that addresses me by my full name and tells me my Sprint Account is approaching it's spending limit and that I should use my credit card to pay by phone.

Knowing that I have my account automatically paid every month decided to go on sprint.com and look up my account. The looked into the account and noticed there was no activity noted (they enter notes each time you call) and no reason to pursue collections procedures.

After a little bit of research by the Sprint analyst they learned that this is a known issue and they have had multiple reports.

They apologized for the inconvenience, but they are working to figure out what's going on. At this time, they do not know where it's coming from or who's behind it. They can only verify that it is NOT Sprint. Of course they stated to not give ANYONE your information and to contact the customer service center by hitting *2 from your PCS phone if you have any questions.

I just wanted to warn you guys out there so you all might save a few bucks and tons of hassle. I wouldn't post this type of crap if it weren't for this being firsthand experience.

Well, I finally got away from those demonized Razr phones Saturday.

I got the new Sony Ericsson 600i Walkman. Very cool Phone! High Recommendations from dmorales.

P.S. Do not buy the Razr...They suck!
