People keep asking if I'll do payments on the car... while I'm sure there might be a few legit/honest/reliable people wanting to do that it just seems stupid to trust someone you don't know with a situation like that. If they can't get their bank to loan them (which allows them to pay in payments), I'm assuming it's a credit issue. If a huge bank with lots of financial backing views you to be a risk, why should I hand my car over to you before I have all my money? Maybe I'm missing some other reason someone would want to do payments.
But I thought you were Bank of 8maniac? Credit ratings are funny though, one bad situation (like your ex wife getting her car repossessed before the divorce is final) can screw up all those years of timely payments

Just be patient man, it will come through. Oh, and do you think you could do payments on the rims?

I also like the Konig Lace too. I have had Konigs before, they stand up pretty well but are on the heavy side typically.

Hope you're ready to do some fender work... I still rubbed a little in the rear with +27 and mine are only 9" in the rear. I'm not even lowered lol. I don't know how you plan on driving in san antonio... I'm still not sure how you manage it now lol.

Lol that's exactly why you rubbed, cause you weren't lowered at all. Once you go lower/ roll fenders flat/ add a bit of camber you'll see you actually have a lot of room to play with. And I've never had a problem driving around town, except one time when I got stuck trying to exit the DMV on Babcock lol

Sorry to intrude - but i noticed you guys were talkin' bout' my favorite subject

The illusions look 10x better than the airstrikes - the only problem i forsee would be fitment. I'm not certain if the fitments are aggressive enough. (speaking to tbk).

Have you guys seen Corse Lemans wheels? (referring to 9k since he posted dished mesh wheels) or those te37 knock off's that rishie (auto rnd) posted about? I heard they're priced fairly well and have decent weight w/really aggressive fitments.

I am ready to see tbk with a super aggressive setup. I like the TE-37's, have you seen the new ones Atilla?

TE37 Super Lap I am in love. They would look sick on VR.

fawk yes! that set is gorgeous imo. At this time they're just fantasy wheels tho - i couldn't afford them if i traded in all the stuff i have pending to put on my car.

and even if i did i probably still wouldn't have them on the car unless it were for a show or something...no way in hell i'd want those babies to get scuffed.

I saw a little piece about them in my new issue of Grassroots motorsports, they are even lighter than normal TE37's.

Hopefully, I can find a nice set of rims to roll on for special occasions but I need to stop spending money on other **** first,

Those Weds are sick.

They have the ones you were lookin at IN STOCK. I pulled one down n' fitted it on my car. I LOVED IT! I'll be going back next weekend - i'll take pic's of what they have

9k; yup. That's my problem right now. I'm sittin' here burnin' money on uneccessary **** like...bills, food, water, housing...tickets...

You sure they have the SA-60M in stock?? The wheel above is the SA-55M. Dude if they have the SA-60M in stock let me know ASAP! NOBODY has info on them. I have called and PM several vendors on several boards. After these wheels and my rear bumper and lip spoiler project I'm basically set for external mods.

Haha, I know what you mean, if i didn't pay a **** load of child support (that doesn't go to my kids) I'd be rockin' some baller rims, Pettit SC, Ohlins Coilovers, and an R magic kit and hood.

how is this a thread jack? we're just talking in a lounge

people do it in the socal lounge all freakin' day - at times, we have more east coasters in there than actual socal residents

PD: yeah man, i'll have to check her camera when i get home. I know i must have snagged a pic. I wish i could've confirmed

Dude, child support?? ouch - heard that's rough - that's like the ultimate anti-mod

thanks for lettin' us hang out. Probably one of the few places a Socal guy can talk to a NW guy in a Gulf forum about wheels.
