The AccessPort is a multi use tool. It can be used to flash over the stock engine control computers various control parameters, Data log stock sensor data, clear/check codes and display real time information. It is currently only advertised as being sold by mazdamaniac however I think i just saw that Steve Kan also sells them.
I agree!! Mid pipe, ignition, then a cobb.

Pretty sure if you buy an Accessport from someone, the sale actually goes through MM. You just gain a middle man.

My names Bryon, I live near Sea World and I just purchased me a 2005 Mazda RX8 Shinka. It's a beautiful car and I don't even know where to start. I've read the forums on here, taken in as much as my mind will let me. I'm 29 and have a family(wife and son) and am super excited at the prospect of joining some other local RX8 enthusiasts.

I'd like to know how to get in contact with you all and possibly go to the next meet up. I read about the hill country drives and am super excited about doing one.

I hope to talk to y'all soon and it is nice meeting you.

Sincerely,
Bryon

So did anyone else's city skip celebrating July 4th pretty much entirely? I swear Austin is turning into some pos wannabe european hipster hellhole, I can't believe we didn't have anything, no symphony, no fireworks, nothing, we're supposed to be the capital city of one of the greatest states in the greatest country and....well....nothing, nada, zip.
I know they said it was because of the drought, but they shoot the firworks over a freakin' lake, and is there really that big a risk? Would it have caused some 43 county meltdown just shooting off some rockets/fireworks that land in water anyway? I can't believe how quiet it was yesterday and last night, embrassing.

Houston shot them over the park....full of trees. We also had 15 cannons or so. I don't know how people fought back in the day. They must have had some huge cajones.

hmmm, interesting, isn't houston experiencing the same drought austin is? Shot over trees too, sounds like another fire hazard too. (blech) So all the surrounding cities had stuff, Georgetown, Kyle, I think round rock did as well along with lots of places in the hill country, but for some reason austin just couldn't be bothered..man...I feel cheated, we can pass a bill here that gives free bicycles to people (at a cost of over 6k per bicycle), but we can't muster up some boom boom on our nation's birthday?

Yeah it was a weird 4th but I understand. That big wild fire has burned 190+ square miles. As dry as it is, and with many stupid people, I understand the restriction on fireworks.

But they could have done something else.

Indeed many hipsters, I just pretend they dont exist, lots of young females running around to keep me distracted.

Dirty 6th was pretty busy last night the rest of the city was dead.

I think allot of people went out of town because of the heat and the ban burn.

As much as I love seeing fireworks and blowing stuff up, I think it was probably a good idea to avoid most of the shows. Even if you shoot at a lake, you never know when a wind will carry some of it over land or if one of them doesn't explode properly.

Houston had a very slight amount of rain a couple days ago, so that may have helped in making that one show happen. We always have some people in my neighborhood with at least firecrackers but I stepped outside a few times last night and didn't hear a single thing, so people at least took it seriously.

can't see the picture as I'm at work, but Burly's (they're in Plfugerville I think) is good or talk to Jene at Rebreu and have my bud Rene handle it for you, they're super slow right now and Rene does awesome work, only guy I let do any bodywork on my car and I'm way beyond picky when it comes to anything related to my car.

As far as the burn ban or whatever, couldn't we still have shot cannons or something? big parade maybe? You ain't lying about the hipster capital, I'd be alright with the hipster thing but I just can't stomach people who build their entire personality and look based upon what other people think of them, we had another word for that back in the day, it was "poser" or "fake"

I would have liked something that's for sure, maybe we should get on the planning committee next year so this doesn't happen again.
