I wanted to try it in the daytime so I could see what everyone was doing but they spoke to me and said to donut in the dark. Definitely added some mystery to it

On one hand, doing it at night is great because you can easily tell if an oncoming car is around the corner. On the other hand, that **** is dark as fuuuuck and I could see outrunning your headlights being a scary problem.

I'd love to try it though...lol

Hell no, Grungepup and I have driven out there at night (not voluntarily, I broke a belt) and it is not fun. It is dark a hell, so you can't see ****. Hitting a deer would be a good possibility.

That's why we've never done a Friday night run as part of the Texas 8. I looked at doing one the first year or two, but decided it wasn't worth it.
