Greetings fellow Rotorheads,

I wanted to invite all LA Rotary enthusiasts to our meet being held this Sunday 6/25 at the Fox and Hound in Elmwood. I've been in contact with a few Rx-8 owners and they've expressed their interest in joining us. Meet will start at 11 am in the Parking lot of Fox and Hound and after lunch we'll head out to the New Orleans Lakefront. We will have many Rx-7's from stock to highly modified single turbos on hand as well. There will be guys coming in from the Northshore, Houma, and the New Orleans area.

So, if you are interested please contact me or just show up !! We are a very informal car club that has been around going on 6 years now. We are a very diverse group with engineers, physicians, local business owners, students who share the passion for the Rotary !! We look fwd. to meeting some 8 owners and this would be a great opportunity for all you 8's to meet eachother as well.

We are hoping to have New Orleans Delta Region SCCA Autox Champ on hand Monique with her Red modded 8.

So is this meet only open to RX-8 owners or will you welcome a 6?

I'd like to meet some local 8 owners as I'm possibly interested in buying some take off 18 wheels if you know anybody selling any locally. Thanks, and perhaps I'll see y'all out there!

Toyo, this meet is open to all my friend. There will be Rx-7's, Rx-8's, and a 6 if you show. As for the take-off wheels, Monique may still have her set of 18's OEM for sale. I haven't been able to contact her yet. Hopefully she can make it out.

How long will you guys be at the Lakefront? My son has a swim meet that starts at 8:30 am, but I don't know how long it will last. I hope I can make it out there, but I'm not sure at this point. Sure wish y'all were doing this today instead...

We should be at Fox and Hound from 11 am - 2 pm or so. Then the lake til about 4 pm.
