We are having the third Texas 8 state meet. It would be a long drive, but the quad state area is welcome Quad State = TX, LA, OK, AR

 

I have a question about your (our) website... was it a forum or just a site? What kind of layout do you want? do you want video? want it to fade in/out? color background or a picture? I need some ideas, I am trying to get it started but am drawing out kinda blank gimme some ideas....

 

we had a forum, pics section, vid section, and a bit about the history of the club. the main page had flash. but we mainly used the forums. we had pics from our different meets on the main page but if you want we can just get the forums up then from there see where we can take it

On Sunday, January 31, The Circuit Grand Bayou will be hosting a track day and will run it "SOLO 1" style, meaning up to two cars will be able to be timed in a 3 lap run. This being our first event of this type, it will be very informal and only the best time of the three laps will be recorded. Again, anyone can participate, rules will be very simple and the safety requirements will be no more than would be needed for an auto cross. An entrant can run as many times as the line will allow. We would like to see this turn into a monthly event and give more people a taste of what we do at the track. Gates open at 11am and the runs will take place from noon until 4. Entry fee is $35.00 per driver, spectators are $5.00 at the gate. Circuit Grand Bayou Members are invited to participate at a reduced cost. Concession stand will be open from 11 - 2. There will be no registration other than at the gate the day of the event. If you have any questions or comments, please post on this thread and I will check in often and reply as needed. anyone want to help me install some brake pads

 

I think I'm just about ready for a new 8. 2nd gear is acting herky, the pop-up wind deflector on the sunroof broke, and a few other things are pissing me off/breaking.

 

second for me is acting up also. from what i have ready if you put redline mt90 or some amsoil in there it will fix the problem. im getting amsoil

 

lmk if it helps. The synchro grinding is pretty annoying.

 

ive been lazy about buying it but ill post if it helps
