I was thinking about the meet.... just an idea.... We could meet at some place and drive on to a couple other places and end up at Landry's Seafood on the Lake for dinner. Poker Run minus the cards

 

basically, straight up, real talk.. i've never been to a "meet" before in my life.. so i'm down for whatever.. it's all new to me

but personally, i have chips on my paint and stuff... i'm not tryin to "parkin lot pimp" and "stunt" too hard.. lol.. i actually have to drive mine to work everyday or something

so if my input has any significance.. i think either meeting at a designated event or meeting at a spot to drive from point A to point B would be straight.. i'm in it to see a bunch of rx-8's together, really..

whody, my 8 is driven everyday also. My 8 has the same blemishes. What's the fun of it sitting in a garage?

 

Some asshat had trouble parallel parking this weekend and backed into the front of my 8 hard enough that paint chipped off and the front bumper cover cracked. I hate people.

 

On another note, the Rouse's on Veterans near Causeway has Boo Berry cereal.

 

3 ******* 18wheeler dump trucks were traveling on I-12 west this morning going like 75-80 miles per hour with straight sand blowing out the back cracking all over my windshield for 15 minutes this morning with no way around them.. i started hearing stuff like 1200 feet behind them

i hate 18 wheelers.

 

lol skwidd, don't feel bad......my car has been backed into twice.....once by an unknown white car at a barnes and noble while i was inside.....and once by my friend's blue civic...(poor civic, his rear tie rod end went through his bumper....all i got was a minor paint scratch....hahahaha)

Well what happened?

 

All dump trucks in the state of Louisiana are suppose to have their tarp pulled back over their load when they are loaded. If any damage came to your car on account that he didnt have the tarp over the load, get the company info and the rigs i.d. number off it and either report it to the company or to the state police. They would have to repair it. Rigs also suppose to have mud flaps on it too for the same reasons.

 

They just suck. They always do half *** work to my car an they lie to me. First time told me My 8 had low compression need new engine then tell me everything is fine n strap new coil packs to the car then two weeks later car kills on me getting off from work. Take it to the other dealer an they say car has no compression an THEY order me a new engine. should be done by mon or tues. gave me good service. Man look the list goes on I hate those diamond bastards. When I get a chance I'm gonna throw a flamming rock threw their window. ******* ********.

 

The Nightmare is back on the road!

 

Car rides real smooth with the new engine. I'm happy again. Now its mod time again.
