Hey New Orleans- We're invited to a "Z" meet at the Lakefront on 4/29!

Oh yeah...are we still meeting at F&H at 11? A 3 year old is not conducive to detailing the car. I managed to get it washed and one pass with Menzerna Intensive Polish before it got dark (no garage = sad). I still need to get the final polish, that meguire's stuff, and wax, so I'm trying to see if I have time tomorrow to finish

Pff... Monique can say ALOT. But I'll save it.
Yes- 11 @ F & H. Well they open at 11 so I'm hoping we're all there at least right before.
All I did was wash & dry. Z boys are claying, waxing, blah blah blah. lol. No one, I repeat NO ONE will have a cleaner ride than Mike (Astrox) though!

Blah, turns out I'm not gonna be having a photoshoot of the car due to wedding season for the photographer. So now I have 2 choices...
1) Go to F& H with my fellow rotors...
or
2) Roll out there with my other import homies..
Got more room at F&H?

I guess next meet, if it's that freaking sunny and hot, I'll bring the quik-shade canopy.
Re: the ride from F&H to the Lakefront: Monique sure does drive like a girl. She was speeding, cutting people off, and chatting on the cell phone. :D

I forgot to add drinking a daiquiri too.
If you need help with the Ram Air, try www.racingbeat.com
hehe
I'm trying to decide now if I want to get the K&N filter, REVi intake, or my brake rotors. I'll probably make something resembling a decision tomorrow after I call R1 concepts to see if the rotors are in stock.
Other complication is this: http://runryder.com/helicopter/t341036p1/
It's maybe a foot bigger than the one I flew today at the meet, but has a buttload more power.
And I'm glad everyone at the meet agreed that Paretti sucks.

Well, since everyone is probably going to be looking at this thread, check out the pics on https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-wheels-tires-brakes-suspension-55/r1concepts-brake-rotors-113421/page2/. Those are the rotors I'm thinking about getting. They look nice and I'll probably follow up with the guy who posted the pic to see how they hold up.
MrToeknee, great pics. I don't see any of my heli in the air. sup wif dat?
Also, how long were you guys out there? I had to leave since little skwidd was completely tired (he fell asleep on the 3 minute drive home) and thought about passing out there again when my sister got home, but figured no one was out there.

I'm having a very hard time trying to decide whether to get the next mod, or get this: http://runryder.com/helicopter/t341036p1/ Damn that's a pretty heli!!!
The rotors are a good mod...especially for me because mine are warped, I think. The break pedal pulsates a tiny tiny bit when I hit the brakes, so I probably warped them. It's because of asshats hitting their brakes in front of me on the interstate.
I think I've warped the stock rotors on every car I've owned. So I'll try some aftermarket ones and see if I can warp them. It's worth a try.
