Damn sorry that happened Jenkins. I hit a piece of tire on the road too, but it only wreck my driver's side plastic shield and gave me two cracks on my fiberglass near my clear corners. Hope it all works out for you.

NO!!!! I'm actually hoping to look at a couple of beaters this week/weekend so I'm not driving my 8 so often. If I don't get a beater, there's this other car I've got my eye on....That will be a suprise.

Chris, What type of tape is that you use to cover your car for the long road trips?

I have 3 road trips in the next 5 weeks, and was wanting to get something like this. Damn Bumper is a rock chip magnet.

It appears to be blue painters tape, low tack so it wont leave any f'ckin residue on your paint when you take it off. It's what I use for DE's.

Yep, it is just blue painters tape. Takes about a full roll to do the front bumper.
