It doesn't have quite the same effect as when Brian says it, but I doubt he'll see this before the meet...

**Ok, I finally watched the video so now you guys can get off my case about it! BTW, hilarious! "Oh no you didn't!" - as quoted by Thomas. Hahaha...
**It was nice to meet the new guys (even though I'm still kind of a newbie).
**Install party must DEFINITELY happen soon... I plan on getting intake/exhaust soon, so let's get it scheduled... that will help pressure me into buying it. (I'm out of town June 11-14)

As Brandon already knows, I ran into an issue on the way home. Sudden loss of power, flashing CEL. Pulled over into a gas station and it died as soon as I stopped and wouldn't start. Mazda got it this morning and says number 1 seal is blown and the ignition coils are shot, and I have to have them put my stock cat back on just for them to submit the paperwork to MNA to get a new engine.

ug... fun!

Dude...that sucks! Guess you're a "maybe" on the cruise next week now, huh?

Hope they get everything taken care of for you.

Bad Joke... but since they are replacing the engine you should ask them to check for carbon buildup in the old one

I did ask them if they could go ahead and throw a 3 rotor in there instead.

So I'm getting a new engine, had to buy new coils, they put in new plugs, and when my cat gutted itself, it dumped into the exhaust and ruined it, so now I need an exhaust.

Sucks dude, especially considering your work issues.
