the only kit I know of is teh Greddy...what other kits are there? power goal is around 275whp

the biggest concern is still tuning...I have no idea who or where could do it

With good tuning, 275 rwhp wouldn't be hard to achieve from the Greddy Turbo. There are many other turbo kits that make higher power output, but are more expensive than the Greddy Kit. Look it up in Major HP Gains Section under the Aftermarket Performance page. You will find all the useful info that you seek.

alright thanks...ya i really don't want to spend 6-9K on a turbo kit....

do you know if the greddy kit comes with an emu

yeah. the kit is 3.5k and comes with everything you need to get going. you'd want to consider getting a boost controller and bov though.
