My dealer Jeff Haas is telling me what amounts to a three week delay to get my port installed options on the car.

I have the appearance package and the 6-disc and my car should have been 5th week in August and it is going to be more like the 4th week of September. WTF?

It is hard to believe that they are that understaffed/incompetant in Midlothian, TX. This is my biggest complaint so far.

Changing color should have cost me a month not two and it is really frustrating. I feel like buying an STI and calling a day.

Apparently this is a supply / demand scenario.

The demand for the Appearance Package far exceeded their expectations, so the supply is ... lacking.
