Good to hear he is fixing the issue.

Sorry to hear about the burn MazdaManiac.
I re-read this and I still don't get what you are implying.

Who said I got burned by my wholesaler? WTF are you talking about?

The look on her face says " Oh my god, is this girl sucking on my titty!?!"

I HATE that MM is not doing the upgrade anymore. I read the whole thread on how he got scammed.

I'll be doing it again in the near future.
But not until I get the production and purchasing channels worked out.
Its way too much stress to deal with it the way I've had to this year.

I only use real Garrett turbos directly from Honeywell.
Simmer down, I was not implying that you bought them from eBay.

Where did the Korean scammer burn you?

Okay now rant...

Although I am sure there are some "Garrett" turbos on ebay. That a person could get for 25% price.

Last I heard my turbo was set to ship mid-September.

I am choosing to be patient for now. Due to economic and seasonal reasons I will not be ready to install now until next summer. However, I'd be lying if I said that I'm 100% unconcerned.

I'd probably have been ok with waiting, IF I'd been told there was a 6/8/12 month wait, but I wasn't.

I deliberately waited until the "Who's interested/Prebuy" phase was over, and the actual production began, which in hindsight, just cost me extra money.

Also disappointed/amused by the general tone of responses
- 'happens all the time'
- 'gotta wait for quality parts'
seems you have all got used to this level of performance and accepted it as the norm,
and that's sad on so many levels......

Thread Closed.

the Original Poster is obviously just a small-dicked Troll, trying to upbraid
the fine name of one of this site's greatest heros......

I'd ban myself if it were physically possible.

Chiming in to say that I've been waiting for delivery of my order as well. Delivery promised mid-September. No correspondance since I was quoted this date.

Honestly, all I want is a "I'm taking care of you, don't worry." Or "Ran into X problem, expect Y delay."
Of course, I would prefer to hear "It's shipped, should see it soon."

I think the title is misleading, and I can prove that it is factually incorrect.

'worst ever' is a definite. It wouldn't be hard to factually prove this is not the worst service ever.

Yes, this is why you quote someone before replying
