^^^ Jason, when i spoke to some one from there yesterday( i didnt get there name) told me that they had not left the supplier yet?. So honestly i dont know where the right info is coming from. When i bought the pads i clearly put my girlfriends address in the notes and the rotors came in the right address. So i dont know what could be going on now.

For what it is worth I have dealt with Jason and crew locally. They have always been stand up, services done on my car were less than going rates, services were always done correctly the first time without issue.

You need a better couch though man .

My supplier called me back and said he was thinking of a different shipment. Yours went out on the 12th but has been held up at UPS because of an incorrect address for some reason. We called them yesterday and resolved the issue so you should see the pads today.

I notice my card isn't charged until the 8th. I wait, call the following week (May 13)and ask for status. Don't get a tracking number, but get told that it'll be there "in a couple of days". On the website, order shows as processing. I call again on the 20th, get a UPS tracking number (site still shows as processing, and delivery method as FedEx), and I either wrote down the number incorrectly, or the item still hasn't shipped. I've been trying to call this week and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Is the service at Rotary Performance any better? I'm starting to think I should have gone that route.

I'm not impatient, but when I keep getting told that an item has shipped, and it hasn't, it gets frustrating.

Tracking on it is 1z5av8630350806069 UPS. That item was sent on the 9th to you and UPS tried to deliver it but the package was refused. It was sent back to us and we got it on the 23rd. Track it on the UPS website and you will see what happened. Our service is fine but not much we can do if the item is refused.

Wow...I apologize. I have no clue who would have refused shipment on that. Makes no sense to me. I just spoke with my girlfriend, and she didn't refuse the shipment. That leaves my dog as the only one who could have refused. What can I do to get this shipped back? So there's no issue, I'll go pick it up at the UPS depot here.

Edit: I even just looked at the date/time it was "refused". I was home.

just bought greddy oil pan, upgrade kit, clutch line and racing beat ram air. order placed 26th may. still not been shipped. Took about a week for them to come back to me with a shipping quote for international. asked for a price for big brake kit, took about a week to get that. Told them not to bother and to just charge the card for the rest of the money. Still no updates.

Its not jason im dealing with but sales@rx7store.net so god knows whos to blame. But they really need to sort it out

No this is Jason and I have been sending you emails regarding this order on a regular basis and sent you one earlier today about this. Sent you an email this morning about the rotors are out of stock and wont be in for 5 days, but have not heard back.
