So last night I was driving home from work when i heard a weird bouncing sound. When I got home I checked around my car and saw nothing, till I looked under the car.

My rear sway bar had snapped!

I have Racing Beats Front and Rear sway bars (with endlinks) and their exhaust. And all of their products are top notch. So I was shocked when I saw one of their products fail.

I called and talked to Mike Liao over at Racing Beat on my lunch break, and he was Shocked. He hadn't ever seen one snap there before (I hadn't either) My sway bars have been installed for almost 4 years now and were properly installed. But he didn't even try to blame it on me or the installer.
They are shipping me out a NEW sway bar tomorrow and throwing in some free shirts as well.

Its nice to see a company stand by their product.

That's a first (hearing of someone snapping the RB sway bar) for me. I'm glad they gave you such great customer service. That gives me even more faith in the company.

 

Same, I hadn't ever heard or seen one snap before. But I am very happy with how they dealt with the problem. :]
