I'm not sure if this post belongs here, but I'm so pissed I don't care where I put it.
I paid good money on the 19th via PayPal for about $33 worth of supplies from Polak Graphics.
I have not rec'd them to date. I've sent emails to the company (multiple) with no response and no product.
THEY JUST FLAT OUT STOLE MY MONEY!
Other than contacting PayPal and disputing it, I don't know what to do next.
There is no contact number, otherwise I'd have that ****** on the phone in a heartbeat!!!
Has anyone had this problem?
Any ideas?

He's pretty well known as well as liked on the board, so you might want to rethink calling him out like this, and maybe take it back to pm's or just give him benefit of the doubt that it'll show up *just .02 cents and something to think about*

I don't know, but I did but an rx8club sticker and 4 red brake stickers from him about a month ago and I didn't get anything either, no tracking # no nothin, I totally forgot about.......Im gonna have to file with paypal too i guess
and yea, I thought that since he is a pretty nice person on this forum and well respected, something probably happened or something, so I haven't filed paypal yet
what ever, they're just stickers, can you please send them when you can polak?

PLEASE READ Polak Graphics had a fire. We order our club t-shirts from there, and we've ordered from them in the past. Have a little patience. We're still waiting on 50 t-shirts but I hav eno doubt they will come through.

Doesn't matter if your well known. Doesn't excuse the fact that he ripped someone off. Thanks for posting james429 and telling us. Hopefully things smooth out tho.

Yeah Polak is a pretty stand up guy. Assisted me in my dealings with JIC a while back ago, when he had a Group buy on their wheels. After my incident and fall through with JIC he shut down the whole Group Buy...He's been real busy these past couple of months, in and out of town an what not. He has his contact info on his site I believe why don't you just give him a ring..

Polak has been here since September 2002 with over 2000 posts that actually CONTRIBUTE to this website. So far all I have ever heard are good things about this guy. I have his sticker on my car. ( adds 7 H.P. )

I never knew his unit burned down abbid first of all, and this has been since september, its now almost November, I know he is a good guy that is why I haven't mentioned it before, I dont expect my money back, I expect the product within one year time though

#3, I have every right to raise a red flag if I feel there's been some wrong doing.
#4, it all seemed "that much more shady" when I emailed and emailed with NO RESPONSE.
#5, looked even more shady that there's NO CONTACT NUMBER.
#6, I've been patient...that's why the post.
#7, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE POST, DON'T READ IT (you sound like the Religious Right that doesn't like Howard Stern...more on that later.)
