Mike, what kind of magnet are you looking for? Speeddmon, I can make a shirt without the 20 reasons, but the quality would be exceptionally lower since it would be a hot-mark tshirt and not a screen printed one.

To me HE HAS A BIG BIG COMMUNICATION PROBLEM
I ordered 4 RX-8 decals from their web site.
While I received them, there was no communication from their part.
Polak needs to learn how to do business. We the customers want communication.
We want to know what is going on with our orders
A simple email saying ordered received is enough for most of us.
In the end, I guess they are good guys but do not know how to really run a business.
They might know how to make stuff, but that is a different story.

I certainly DO NOT have a communication problem. Ask anyone that has ever had an inquiry with me. I respond as soon as possible, usually within an hour or 2 of receiving an email. With all the orders and emails I receive, it is easy to overlook or miss one. It certainly would not be a valuable use of time if I sat down and sent an email confirmation to every single order I receive. I will however look in to getting an automated confirmation email system.
There is no "guys" at PG, it's only me. I design, process, and ship everything by myself. I am a full time student and travel out of town frequently. Please forgive me if you think my communication was unsatisfactory. I hope I did not lose you as a customer, and I hope the product you received had no defects. If it did, please email me...

As far as a big communication problem, I don't think your particular issue (can it be called an issue?) can be seen as a "big communication problem". Ask the people on this board about Scott; don't worry about last names, they will know who he is. Scott had a "big communication problem" when people did not receive orders as promised, when promised, or at all and with no communication back or with lies back. However, you don't seem to have been scammed, cheated, or lied to, in fact, I don't see where he did anything wrong to you; you received the product.
You may want to reword your post or reconsider how you phrased things.

First, you should stick to the issues as opposed to personal attacks; I'm not sure how you concluded that I have a "mental problem", but I'm sure it was more of an emotional response as opposed to a well thought out analysis. However, if you really want to examine my intelligence, feel free to message me and I'll be be glad to talk to you about that, but I don't think that belongs in the PG thread.
I understand the purpose of this thread is the opinion on the customers interaction with a specific vendor/seller, but I am questioning your complaint, not on its relevance, but the degree of severity you give it. You seem to be extremely upset (seemily hostile in your responses) and that seems excessive for the situation at hand. I undestand your opinions are subjective, but the degree to which you are berating the company seems out of line.
The reason I brought up Scott was not to change the subject (I'm not sure where you got the from, but you apparently did not understand the relevance of a comparison of your situation to other members), but to show you that most people who become extremely upset to the extent that they denounce the company are usually scammed; there is the correlation to Scott and my questioning the deliver time and if you were scammed.
So to review, you are horribly upset to the point where you completely denounce a company, not because they scammed you or didn't deliver your item in a timely fashion, but because they did not respond to your 1 E-Mail. I understand a company needs to communicate with a customer, but missing one E-Mail out of the many he receives does not constitute a company as a terrible communicator, especially when PG tends to have great communication with other people. So it seems your case is an isolated incident, and a small oversight is understandable from a small company andseeing as PG is trying to please everyone, go to school full time, and run a company, I would think one isolated incident (that still shipped in a timely manner) is excusable and not grounds for what seems to be an over-reaction.
In the end, this is a subjective section and your did give your subjective opinion on your interaction with PG, so that's fine. However, in my opinion, you have over-reacted to a situation that was very small (subjective) and in the end, you still ended up with the product you desired in a timely manner. What's done is done, there is nothing else to do since you have your product and PG has his money, so I don't see what else needs to be discussed.

Would have it been nice to get some response as to weather or not the payment had been received, Yes.
But are you making this a much bigger deal than it is. Yes.

Ya, Mike, I did get it in a reasonable time. Yes, the product looks good maybe even great
but darn I just wish ppl learn to respond. Will not install it until I get my new rotors in. Need to clean caliper/tirewell and will take some time.
Need to install the rb exhaust first.
A simple ..received you order...(.within x to 3 days would do.)
and will ship in x to y days would be much better.
Not that I thought pg would scam me, If i thought that way, I wud not have ordered from pg.

This is not that bad, just a minor point.
After all I did get the RX-8 decals and yes in a timely manner. Well the rotors got in 2 days before the decals. Ordered the same day from opposite side of the USA.
