A few more details and some new BS from megaman............A week after he said he would ship stuff out I opened a Paypal dispute, that got his attention.............but still no money

19th of Mar, Thursday......Sent Payment
20th of Mar, Friday.....He replies, said it will ship out Monday the 23rd
28th of Mar, Friday.....Sent PM asking if he shipped and asked for tracking number
30th of Mar, No reply, I have seen this many times before on RX7 forum, Opened a PayPal dispute.
30th later in day, he replies via PayPal and says he will refund money
09 April, no money yet!
I know I'm being an *** but I have been using forums, ebay and PayPal since 2001, I know when something isn't right or smells funny. A good seller doesn't run into this type of BS

whats with the name calling? did you read what i posted on paypal? i guess you havnt. I put that a family membered died and i had to fly out, and that im going to refund you the money, as soon as the case is close paypal will take the money from me and give it back to you. Did you think i was trying to rip you off? well without do respect **** you too *****. im kinda glad i didnt sell you them skirts, you give rx8 owners a bad name. WHAT!!! DO I HAVE STUPID STAMPED ON MY FOREHEAD!!

I have exposed you for what you are and to everybody. And I will not drop my complaint to PAYPAL until I receive the money. Once I tell PayPal our issue is resolved I can't open another complaint!!

My next step is to report you to the FBI for internet fraud!! Google it..........I've done it before on someone who ripped my son off for $900.00 on RX7Club.com so I know the process for doing it!!

Wow. Sounds sooooooo much like the douche that ripped me and some other peeps on here off a while back (06carbon8, AKA Brian Wolfgang). Seriously sounds like same guy by the way he writes. Only diff was there was a much more extravagant lie presented as the reason for the delay. You will NEVER get the $ back from this guy nor will u get the skirts. Hopefully u can get reimbursed by paypal and pursue him legally. He is expecting you to eventually get sick of it and go away, dont do it, be a thorn in his side. GL

Whaaat? we sent some pm's back and forth to each other around this time till the 7th. He was asking about my rims. He said his car is at the shop right now cuz he hit a wall on the freeway.

If I buy/sell then I always get the buyers/sellers contact info and speak with them on the phone first.

I've never had a issue doing that. If someone doesn't want to speak on the phone first and is hesitant giving up info then I dart.

FS threads should have a phone number manditory.

^^You got lucky as hell, good for you man. I have had bad luck with paypal disputes, only once was i given my $ refunded through them.
