GOOD GUY: Elocneas
Elocneas sold me OEM Wheel Lug Nuts + Key but USPS decided to lose the item and never delivered it to me. After being jerked around by USPS and phone calls to USPS post offices from both of us for weeks, we both gave up to chase this.
Elocneas initiated to offer me refund if by end of this week we can't get USPS to find the item and he's refunded the full amount. USPS declined to cover the lost.
Good communication, trust worthy and responsive. Recommended.
