Hey,
Ordered a shift **** from them back in January of 08'. After a few weeks it still wasn't shipped. Talked directly to the manager/owner; stated that it would be shipped out that week. The next week came and low and behold....it was no where to be seen. Talked to the owner again and he said that they were back ordered until early this week and it would be shipped out monday......nothing. sent a few e-mails with no response. Finally got his attention when I threatend to call visa and revoke payment. Then he told me that they were backorderd for another few weeks and he was sorry, stated that he would refund me if I choose so. SO I agreed to the refund. after another 3 e-mails...no refund although he had been " trying " to refund me ( been 3 weeks since the first time he tried to refund me ). Visa' dispute department is now handling it and its now march 25th.
AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY!!!!!!!!
unless you like to pay them money for nothing.

You should send that owner an email with a link to this thread and let him know that had he been a standup guy that he would most likely had many more customers from the thousands of members of the forum, but now since he wanted to be a dickface liar, he will get NONE. Good business move dumbass.
