Just because I might like a component from another company, doesn't make MazSport bad.
That's like me saying that I will only shop at Home Depot for my home repairs.
Home depot might be my main source for materials, but I do find myself going to Lowes every now and then.
That doesn't make Home Depot a "bad" place to shop because I found something at Lowes I liked better.
Same thing with MazSport... so don't judge them based on a couple instances, but judge them as a whole and what they've provided to the community throughout their lifetime.
Yup, well said.

I should also chime in that not all of their stuff takes a long time. I recently ordered some plug wires from them and got them very quickly. I'm sure it depends on the item.

I should also say that Scott, Chris, Sara, etc have been great about help, support, etc. I have bought a few items from them (IntX maps, plugs, plug wires, etc), but haven't spend a ton of money there. Even so, they have been willing to help me out and give me great support. Scott has spent a fair amount of time on the phone with me, even calling me after hours to make sure he got back to me.

I understand that some people have had problems, and am not trying to minimize their concerns. But also keep in mind that just because someone runs a business doesn't mean they aren't human. We all make mistakes, forget things, etc. The important thing is that when we make a mistake, we try to make it right. From what I can tell, the Mazsport crew always seems to try to do that.

no body is perfect.....when there is a negative , there is always positive...we just need to accept it, but that's if you are able to deal with it.
scott knows me by email and phone, but what i can say is i never have problems with him. i said in different thread, scott reply my email in a day, got my ignition solution in a month, calling me to solve the problem through the interceptor, etc..basically i don't have any problem with the ordering and i feel sorry for ppl who wait for a long time, but it's worth it.
peace guys

I shipped my GReddy turbo to be rebuilt a few weeks ago and was promised a 7-10 day turnaround once they got it.

Guess what? I get my Turbo back today. AS PROMISED! Total time out was only three weeks with about two weeks in shipping. I may be wrong plus or minus a couple days. To date, I have ordered and received a Fuel pump, int-x, injectors, and now a rebuilt turbo all shipped within the time frame promised.

Interestingly, all of these transactions were accompainied with numerous PM's and emails as well as two or three phone calls updating me on the progress.

While I may not buy everything from Mazsport, I definitely have them on my "Check-here-first" List.

I haven't seen the turbo yet, so I haven't posted the thread. I will after I see it.
