Good Guy:Mazsport

There seems to be alot of hard feelings towards Mazsport lately, namely on the amount of time it takes to recieve parts. I for one admit that I was one of them that was aggravated by how long it took to get the Mazsport dual resonated midpipe.

However, I did recieve it today and installed it and.........WOW!!! This midpipe is top notch quality, installation was easy, fit perfect with my AP exhaust, and the sound......INCREDIBLE! This midpipe is perfect!! Has a nice low, deep sound. No rasp, no annoying vibrations.....This is how I wanted my car to sound like.

Way to go Scott and everyone at Mazsport for such a wonderful product. Well worth the money and believe me, its well worth the wait. Also too, might I add, communication was great as well. Every time I wanted an update, they didn't hesitate to let me know what was going on. Be patient everyone, these guys won't let you down with the quality of their products. Everyone with aftermarket exhaust needs this midpipe!! It's that good!

Glad you are happy with the product 05rex8, there are two versions now to accommodate the automatic cars as well as the stick shift cars!

Mazsport has been absolutely overwhelmed with the response to our products and we have been going through changes to better accommodate our customers needs.

We are currently moving to a larger location, interviewing for yet ANOTHER fabricator and have bought more tooling to increase production levels while still maintaining the same quality standards our customers have grown accustomed to.

We also have an electrical engineer on the team to eliminate the delays with products we have been sourcing from other companies. We order the products, pay for them and then get delays that we do not have any control over.

For those customers reading this, we appreciate you understanding and appreciate your support as we grow and take the required action to make improvements.

Thanks, Scott

I personally have had many interactions with Mazsport and have been nothing less then impressed. There is not another company that I would trust my car with. Every time I put a product on my car me expectations are nothing but exceeded. The midpipe is a great product that I recommend to everyone as well as the rest of the product line.

Thanks Scott for putting out high quality functional parts. I am glad to be apart of the growth of Mazsport... I don't care what my wallet says

I have mixed feelings towards mazsport, on one hand I'd really like to meet Sarah, on the other I'd like to kill the fabricators

^or you could just email them....they always responded within 24 hours, usually less....give these guys a break, geez.....they have a growing business and are making adjustments to compensate for their growing customer needs, just as Scott basically said in his post. Also too, many of these delays are beyond their control. We are fortunate to have people as dedicated to the 8 as they are.

05rex

it's really not in my nature for breaks, I tell it how it is

as I have said 50000000 times, I understand how their business is being runned, I know that most delays are usually because of scott's fabricator(manufactor) is a little *** whom obviously can't get their shipment on time, even with a partial shipment agreement, which is really really retarded

if you haven't noticed, we do have alot of people who makes stuff for The RX8, so far from my own experience, mazsport stuff is, of very VERY high quality, but it also comes with HIGH price. Scott does have competitors up there, which he and I did talk about, and hopefully, HOPEFULLY these problems will be a thing of the past in 2-3 weeks time

Actually Taj all of our fabrication is done in house by our staff, sourcing components has been difficult and is about to be eliminated!

MazSport has been great to me. They have been helpful and nice every time I've called.
That said... I'm not gonna lie and say that I will buy ALL my components from MazSport (unless they want to sponsor me )
Just because I might like a component from another company, doesn't make MazSport bad.
That's like me saying that I will only shop at Home Depot for my home repairs.
Home depot might be my main source for materials, but I do find myself going to Lowes every now and then.
That doesn't make Home Depot a "bad" place to shop because I found something at Lowes I liked better.
Same thing with MazSport... so don't judge them based on a couple instances, but judge them as a whole and what they've provided to the community throughout their lifetime.
