BHR Coils-Customer service from Charles!!!!!
Greetings All
Just wanted to share my insightfull experience with Charles Ray Hill from BHR.
Please bear in mind that these are details of my personal experience and I am simply sharing it with anyone that intends to do business with BHR and Im sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.
I purchased the BHR Coil upgrade kit(International order) and recieved it within two weeks I think-installed them and dyno'ed my car...I LOST POWER...WTF!!!
Anyhow got in contact with Charles and he mentioned that I may have broken one of the connectors when installing the kit-I verified and it wasnt the case and in trying to inspect it further I did break it.
Charles opted to send me a new set free of charge as long as I returned the others-I opted to keep the first set and rather buy the second set which he gave me at a great price.
In the meantime the car making less power was actually a crack in my exhaust system. Finaly installed a new 3 inch system and re-installed the BHR kit-now there was hesitation at HIGH RPMS...WTF...send a PM to Charles again.
I had a theory and tried it and low and behold the problem was me reseting the ecu(battery disconnect) and not allowing the ecu to learn the new fuel trims before driving it at WOT. Now my car is performing like never before!!!!!
This entire time-Charles was more than helpfull and even gave me advice on things that had nothing to do with the BHR Kit.
So to anyone wanting to purchase from BHR i can personally vouch for the customer service from Charles even if you are at fault(like me) he will go the extra mile and help you and I dont even live in the same country!!!!

P.S I see that there was a thread on BHR but I felt that this deserved its own as I am an international customer.
