May not be a bad idea for Jcataldo and Shinka213 to PM some info & bring this thread/info to Paypal. I'm sure they'd be very interested to see the similar stories and consider a fraud claim against this scumbag.

 

i did get my moneys back...
after providing much documentation etc...
ie...i saved the PMs i got from him telling me he got the items, etc...

 

But if paypal never actually got money from him or his mommy, they'd still be interested.

 

i would hope that they have already started an internal investigation themselves..
i cant imagine that they would continually shell out monies for fraudulent claims..

But it will never happen. The police can't tow his car, reguardless of proof. That's for a court of law to decide, not a cop on the street. The police can't get involved until he sues him in a court of law.

 

Paypal never returned anything. I'm still working on this. I just don't have the time! I am going to call again, and open an investigation with them.
