And in case it's actually true the GM hung up on this guy; he probably deserved it anyway
I've been involved in customer service at a very particular setting (health care). Talk about people being upset, wanting to sue, etc. Hospitals are the worse business to keep people happy. Nobody is ever happy when it comes to hospitals.
Anyway, a good manager always try to run the extra mile to have a happy and satisfied customer. But some people are just so unreasonable, projecting a super unrealistic sense of entitlement. Even the best manager in the world is still a human being when it comes to situations like the one described on this thread.
Huge fail.
