That page lists them all. I'd send it to the following:

scottthompson@paypal.com
scott.thompson@paypal.com
ryanddowns@paypal.com
ryandowns@paypal.com
ryan.downs@paypal.com
ryan.d.downs@paypal.com
johnmuller@paypal.com
johndmuller@paypal.com
john.muller@paypal.com
john.d.muller@paypal.com

That's the president, vice president, and head of legal counsel.
Just make the email to the point and list a good smathering of evidence and chronology of events. You've only got one shot to make it sound good, cause whoever calls you back is gonna base their feelings on how strong of an upfront case you present in the email. I'm sure you'll be fine!

I got a slew of auto-responses. lol.

I guess, when you look at the balance, I'll ultimately only be out $5k and have a kit that I don't need.
Still a pretty big chunk of change and I lose use of my PayPal account for a while.

MM: auto reply's aren't a bad sign, at least we know the email addresses are valid and that person is still with paypal.
Hopefully they'll take a few minutes to read your email and will do something for you.

Well the thing is, those are the emails of the Pres and Vice Pres, which get forwarded straight to executive escalations. They'll be contacting him at least no later than tomorrow to work it out, so no, it's not a bad thing.

Wow. I am so sorry to hear this happen.

I guess it was only a matter of time until you get hit with a scammer. There are so many on the web that it makes me sick.

There is a list of countries that are banned from joining online websites that charge a monthly fee because the majority of the visitors from those countries are thieves.

Maybe you should keep sales between US/Canada/Austrailia.

Well, now it is getting complicated.
The buyer claims that the charge-back was initiated at the same time as his original "bad-guy" thread against me and the attempted refund attempt at that time.
He wants to see the second kit shipped before he'll pull the charge-back.
At the same time, PayPal got back to me and said they would lift the hold against my account.
So, if I send the kit via UPS with full tracking/insurance, I should be OK.

Of course, he could do all this crap again just to screw with me, but I guess anyone could do that at any time.

This is what I sent:

I will send the two packages via UPS for FULL VALUE with insurance. You will be responsible for the import tariffs and will have to sign for the packages personally.
The two tracking numbers are 1Zredacted and 1Zredacted.
However, I will NOT release these packages to UPS until I see the charge-back released on my PayPal account.
Once the restriction is lifted, UPS will take the packages and you will see the tracking numbers go "live", which should be assurance enough that they are on their way.
I didn't redact the tracking numbers on his version.

Absolutly amazing.

Jeff I hope you get everything worked out. With the various changes going on with the Greddy kit and the limited supply of kits, this kit is going to be more critical than ever for those wanting to go FI.

True that it's a live and learn situation. I applaud you for taking the risk of complying with the customer's demands to alter the documents for customs but I guess it's a situation where you have to stick to your guns to protect yourself. Sure making a sale would be great but seeing as it might still be months before you see any insurance money it's for sure one that will have to be avoided.

I think it's just another example of the lengths that local community vendors will go to in order to make sure their customers are taken care of. We are all rotary owners and thus all share the same passion and ambitions.

I hope this thread serves as an example if/when anyone has issues with MazdaManiac's service with these kits in that he does anything and everything to take care of his customers. I've always had trust in Jeff with my vehicle or handling purchases because I know he will NEVER leave me stranded or screwed.

Best of luck. I hope it all works out in the end. As for Stephen_in_Seoul, I can only hope that you sir, don't break your turbo cause I'm positive this is the ONLY one you're going to get.

PayPal didn't even allow me the full 48 hours in their notice!
The docked me the full amount and closed the case before I could even post all of the documents!

Now its going to get ugly.

Try to do the customer a favor and they F*** you in the A**.
Personally as far as Customs goes, It's ON THE BUYER. They know what they are getting into with Customs Taxes.
Good luck Jeef.

Well, at least three people are getting AccessPORTs on my dime - their payments went into the abyss that was created by the buyer's credit card company taking the charge-back.

I got a notice from a "Stephanie" (crme@paypal.com) in Executive Escalations saying:

I have made an exception and removed the hold on the transaction until
the Chargeback is resolved as this is your first Chargeback received.
Less than 3 hours later, I get this:

It is PayPal's standard practice to dispute unwarranted chargebacks. Using
the information you provided, we are in the process of disputing this
chargeback with the buyer's card issuer.

Because the card issuer has reversed this charge, PayPal is temporarily
holding an amount equal to the disputed funds until this matter is
resolved. If the card issuer decides the case in your favor, the funds will
be available in your PayPal account.

The credit card company has charged PayPal a settlement fee for this
chargeback. In accordance with the terms of the PayPal User Agreement, we
have debited your PayPal account to cover this fee.
Then, mere minutes after that, the put the money back in and immediately take it back out again plus another $240 fee!

The shipping forms I filled out when I sent the kit the first time are attached below.
