IMO, contacting a vendor on a website, in a thread is not contacting them and should not even be counted!

If this were my issue I would have brought it up until I actually received my AP. I would not have asked, initially, posted a bunch of times in a thread, forgot about it for months and then bring it back up again.

If I paid for a 700 dollar mod and issues arose, I would have been in constant contact (through an email/ phone) until it was resolved.

One way to solve this problem. MM should have paperwork on sending kazuma his cobb ap. I believe that MM would not screw anyone out of there money. Maybe the package got lost in the mail and or someone stole the package.

I have trouble believing that there are members out there that actually believe the OP. He admits to a scam on another part, admits that he lied and now wants you to believe he was wronged. Now there are members out there that will not read to whole thread and will think that MM is a "Bad Guy" and then by association any that are his friends. Save me from this stupidity

i would vouch for MM, though i'm not his fan or anything. i actually have met MM in person during dyno day session here around bay area, cali. he seemed genuinely nice and professional. therefore, i don't think MM would scam anybody. if there was any delay on his shipment whatsoever, i think he either forgot or got caught up with his reality job.

Lol, this thread has so many funny quotes. I just wanted to say thanks for the laughs. Especially Stealth with the huge acronym "AFAIK".

Why should I ask for a tracking number (did so a few times before MM told me he has no paperwork anymore) which I want to be provided here in this thread if I'm lying and got the AP? Anyone could see this - doesn't make any sence!

I just want to work out what happened with the AP. I lied one time like I said from the beginning in this thread. That was one big mistake, I know. MM says I lied one more time because I got the AP but he cannot verify that because there is no paperwork!
Kazuma = fail. He has been lying since last year. "Wrecked my car want my money back" was the email he sent and "did not remember" he wrote. Kazuma, do you have any emails saved? How about the email that you stated you wrecked your car? I'm betting you don't. You are trying to force these individuals to prove something that happened months ago while you do nothing but damper the investigation with more lies and hostility. You conveniently forget that you wrote or said something when it makes you look bad or hurts your case. The only thing that is happening in this thread is that BHR Members and Jeff made statements, you denied them, they prove them, and you "remember". I realy hope Jeff can find the tracking number that says it was shipped to your address so you can take this argument to the shipping company and leave these people alone.

To everyone that is telling BHR and Jeff how to run their company: If you dont like they way they run their business, then do not buy from them. There are too many satisfied customers to deal with a handful of fucktards. If you dont like bestbuy, staples or any other business because you do not agree with their service, prices, or quality, do you still go to them? Most likely not. Why sould this be any different. I would much rather get a good quality product and sacrifice a little customer service(due to being busy or what have you **** happens) then get a crappy product with great customer service. Then again, with the members on this site, maybe the second part of my last statement is true. Just look at all of the "OMG $600 turbo on ebay" threads

Jeff: If you havent done this already, make a special folder in your email for kazuma and save ALL emails to and from him. I have a feeling you may need them later on.

these are not my thoughts, but it is a good idea of the past. for the new that are looking at this.

beers

This is pointless.. You guys both managed to go 3 pages without proving anything =)
I will pick the vendor in this situation though... I changed my mind, you shouldn't have lied in the first place. For all we know you got the parts on your car right now lol. I don't think he would be a vendor if this happened.

Good thing BHR doesn't typically cause such a compromise to be made, eh?

I am pretty sure all of us at BHR have proven that waiting= NO compromise.
Amen to both
People should also notice how BHR and MM are not the same entity. We all know that Jeff doesn't have the best customer service around (yet he offers the best service) while BHR usually has better customer relationships.
Now Charles prove what i wrote and reply to my mail

lol.

Good luck with this.

Im not taking either side... but just give Kazuma the tracking number to see who's fault it was. If you sent to him (Which you said you did), why can't you send to him again. Scam or no scam, atleast give it to the guy so that this issue gets resolved and he can get (or return if that's even possible) the AP which he said he paid for.

Because, as I stated already, I don't have it any more.
I sent the number, we got the confirmation and that was the end of that. Last year.
I don't have the data any more because it was confirmed as received.

Since then, I've started to let Google track the shipping - just for crooks like Mo.

I paid, MM shipped but I got nothing. So there must be a problem on the way from UPS to me and this is what I want to find out. I've lied one time and that wasn't nice but that doesn't change the facts that I never recieved an AP!
So why did you lie? Did you say you crashed your car when you were trying to get out of the turbo purchase? No one is going to believe you after that first lie was exposed in the earlier thread.

That makes no sense. It doesn't really explain why you would lie? Supposedly MM would allow you to cancel your order under those circumstances but not otherwise. He supposedly wouldn't respond to your emails while you still had your car but all of a sudden he will when you wreck your car? Must be a part of MM's Cash for Clunkers program that I haven't heard of yet. In the absence of a real explanation, others will trust their own suspicions over your silly explanations.

And after your lie was exposed, why should anyone believe you now?

Where are you from, BTW? Does this kind of 'logic' work better in some other language or culture?
