Hey Jeff, do you remember a customer named Eric Lavayssière in France who just try to know when he will receive his upgrade kit paid in July 2009?

But as I explained to you, I am at the mercy of my current situation.
If I could deliver your kit today, I would.
If I could give you a refund, I would.
But, unfortunately, as I've already explained to you THREE TIMES, I am simply stuck where I am and can only finish these last three kits as the ability to do so avails itself and in the order that the invoices were written.

I'm fairly certain that did not translate exactly the way you might have intended it.
I am (as always) more than happy to attempt to discuss things in your native language if I can (in addition to English) if it will help facilitate communication.

Jeff can I ask you when you got hit in your head? You're kindly replying to waiting customers giving explanation, making instruction thread on how to read the AP 's instructions and whatsoever so... you either saw god or just hit something with your head!

bleh so long as i get it. Never sure if he gets my emails
this whole thing blows, who would wait a year b4 gettin mad and start pointing fingers, at the same time someone who is looked up to in the 8 scene (MM) could let something like this happen............dunno, it all smells fishy to me. either way but it won't effect me buying a AP or updates from MM, but I don't think I could sit around waiting either..................don't think I'd "check my attitude at the door" I'd just beat that *** till I saw my money went to the hospital bills, or even better yet maybe just maybe, I'd call this dude and work things out to where I didn't have to go to jail for 18 months..................some people so quick to threats and what not. pretty sure MM had no idea what was goin on, and would have worked things out. either way it's all good. next time pick up your phone call somebody...............bbb or MM whatever, things work theirselves out. "Let's keep this verbal, and not make it physical.......................I'd hate to fill this whole forum with upper-cut.........."
